Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Commercial / Industrial HVAC Duct Installers for contract-based projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background installing, modifying, and repairing HVAC ductwork in commercial or industrial environments and can work independently or as part of a crew to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, assemble, and hang commercial and industrial HVAC duct systems (sheet metal, spiral, rectangular, etc.).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and fit ductwork and related materials.
  • Seal, insulate, and test duct systems to meet code and project requirements.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Work from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding as needed.
  • Follow jobsite safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and other trades on-site.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a commercial or industrial HVAC duct installer.
  • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Knowledge of SMACNA standards and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Welding or fabrication experience a plus.
  • Own basic hand tools.

Compensation & Contract Details:
  • Competitive hourly or project-based pay (DOE)
